Yes, you are responsible for your own caterer, and all other vendors (florist, cake, music,ect.).
Rinesdi does allow alcohol but not brown bagging. It is the client's responsibility to provide alcohol by the drink and provide a certified pourer.
No we don't require wedding liability coverage but if you serve alcohol we highly recommend that you purchases wedding liability coverage it cover you and and your guest. You can purchase it from any local liability coverage company. Its not that expensive for your event.
Pricing includes: a 12-hour or 48-hour rental, tables, chairs included up to 250 guest. (See packages above)
Full payment is due 90 days before the event. If the full payment is not recieved within that time frame you will be in breach of your contract and may forfeit your rights to occupy the venue.
Yes, we have two multipurpose bridal suite that serve for the brides and her party to get dressed one come with the package, if the bride choose the two night package she get to stay in her suite Friday and Saturday night checking out on Sunday, the second suite is available as an extra cost.

If you choose the one day package you receive the keys at 9 am the morning of your event. If you choose the two day package you receive the key on Friday morning at 8:00 am.
Yes, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates. However your dates are not scared until we receive your deposit.
Does Rinesdi require security?
Yes Rinesdi require two uniform security officers to be present durning any parties or Special events that serve alcohol.
Yes we require that music be brought to a minimum level at 10:00 pm and ends at 11:00pm to allow cleanup by 12:00 midnight.
The client that rent the venue is responsible for clean up. They may assign the task to someone to make sure the venue is cleaned and make sure all tables and chairs are properly stored, lights are turned off, keys are returned, building is secured , and gate locked , however the client that rented the venue are still responsible for the overall cleaness, and securing of the facility . How ever Rinesdi provide clean-up for $175.00
Yes the dumpster is located rear of the venue all trash from the kitchen, pavilion and the grounds should be picked up and placed in the dumpster.
This package you receive the same as one day venue rentals except a time adjustment (8am-10pm with one hour to clean up and exiting the venue by 11 pm.
