         Note: Deposit is non-refundable it is a part of the total rental price:

         Example: If your package is $1275.00 to reserve your date you pay a $300.00 deposit

                         the remaining cost of $975.00 will be due at contract signing.

AFTER BUSINESS HOURS:

The rates apply to rentals hours during the events hosted on weekends and weekdays; aday is define as 10 hours time frame on the day of the event. Office hours contact time are 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Touring the venue is by appointment only by calling 478-278-1295 or 475-278-1217 weekends welcome.


SETUP /ACCESS TO VENUE:
Wedding and receptions where setups and rehearsales may be required entry to the venue the day before the main event is offered as a package deal which include two days rental. However if additional time is needed it must be negotiated and written into the contract and will result in additional charges. 


FACILITY ACCESS/DEPARTURE:
When renting the total package you are renting the entire venue including the grounds, pavilion, kitchen/dining area, and all amenities included with kitchens/dining area. You may be allowed to use the picnic tables if you desire, if you need access to the pavilion area or grounds it must be negotiated and written into the contract and will result in additional charges. The facility should close no later than 12:00 a.m. A noise ordinance goes into effect at 10:30 p.m. where all loud music must be kept to a minimum ,all music must end by 11:00 p.m. We suggest that all activity for your event start to end by 11:00 p.m. To allow time for guests, Caters,bands/DJ to exit the facility in a time manner.  


DEPOSIT/CONTRACT SIGNING/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Security deposit are non-refundable and are a part of the rental fees(example: If your rental fee is $1275.00 a $300.00 deposit is due when the event dates are schedules the remaining $975.00 is due at contract signing (7)seven business days before the event. Sometime special occurrence happens beyound your control, if such occurrence such as death, sickness, accidents, or bad weather or anything beyond your control you may cancel. Our office must be notified as soon as possible of such occurrence. Any other request other than mention will not not be refunded. Refund will be within fifteen(15) business days in the form of a check made payable to the renter.


TABLES, CHAIRS: Table, Chairs are included in all rentals up to 250 guests if more are needed there will be an additional charge of $1.25 white Fan Back Chair. $10.00 5 Ft. Round Table, seat 8-10 Guest
